At the heart of the Experimental Group's expertise, the Bar offers an audacious selection of wines, as well as classic and signature cocktails, to be sipped in the spacious Belle Epoque Atrium in the intimacy of a small lounge.
Reinventing the score of a 1920s cocktail piano bar, a huge liner-like counter pays homage to architect Eileen Gray, sofas play on the shapes of the Itsasoan footbridge in Guéthary, creating many warm, intimate spaces with hanging paper lamps by Ingo Maurer and Anthony Dickens.
Drinks menuMenuThe Experimental Group's original passion, the cocktail menu will introduce you this summer to the aperitif: Argi Angurri, Tequila Ocho blanco, watermelon, rosemary honey, lime and Espelette pepper, and Citrus Time, a balanced blend of Acrobate gin, grapefruit cordial, Timut pepper, thyme and yuzu.
The gourmet nibbles menu invites you to share: scones with smoked bacon, tomato and ewe's milk gougères, Bilbao burrata, fish ceviche and charcuterie boards from the Basque region. Cocktails and nibbles menu below.
