GENERAL CONDITIONS
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. If the credit card is not valid, the hotel will contact the guest to provide another credit card. If no response is received or if the credit card is still not valid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the reservation date.
The name on the reservation must be that of the person staying.
A credit card with the same name as the reservation will be requested at the time of booking and must be provided at check-in, otherwise the hotel will not be able to accommodate the guest.
The reservation will be invoiced before arrival, on the day corresponding to the chosen reservation conditions. After this time, the reservation cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
The chosen reservation conditions will be duly applied in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure. In case of force majeure, please contact your travel insurance.
Any additional charges must be paid before departure. Otherwise, the user expressly authorizes the provider to charge his credit card.
Arrival time: from 15:00, Departure time: until 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out are available by advance request only, subject to availability and a surcharge. Please ask at the reception for conditions. If you need to check in early, we recommend that you book the night before or the night after.
PETS
Pets are accepted with an extra charge of 30€ per night.
CHILDREN
Baby bed in the room on advance request, free of charge and subject to availability.
ADDITIONAL BED
A rollaway bed may be available in some room categories for an additional fee of €40 per night, upon advance request and subject to availability.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please check the number of people on your confirmation (adult, child, baby), as the hotel may not be able to accommodate a different number of people in the room than the one indicated on your confirmation, for insurance and safety reasons.
Please note that if you have chosen a rate that includes breakfast, it is included in the price and cannot be deducted or refunded, even if it is not taken.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-flexible rates:
Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable, and cannot be changed.
The total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card presented at the time of booking.
Flexible rates:
Reservations can be cancelled and changed at no extra charge before noon between 7 and 30* days before arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. For cancellations outside the cancellation policy, 50% of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged.
*Conditions vary depending on the period, please refer to the price list when booking.
Semi-flexible rates :
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to arrival. The credit card will be charged 7 days before arrival. After this time, the reservation cannot be refunded or changed.
If you change your reservation within the cancellation period, please note that our rates change daily. The reservation rate may be different and may be lower or higher depending on the new dates chosen.

If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulatory body to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. No waiver of any of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing by us and a waiver (or non-enforcement) shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Applicable law
In the event of any dispute between you and us concerning these terms and conditions, French law will apply. If you wish to take legal action against us, you must do so in France, except to the extent that the law applicable in your country of residence requires the mandatory application of another law and/or jurisdiction and/or language and that such requirement cannot be legally excluded under these terms, in which case that law and/or jurisdiction and/or language will apply, to the extent required by law.
