The persons who may access the Site are referred to as "Users".

ARTICLE 4 PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING CARRIED OUT BY EXPERIMENTAL GROUP
The processing of personal data of Users by Experimental Group is
necessary for the following purposes:
4.1 Processing carried out for the purpose of online reservations
- the optimization of the Site for the navigation of the Users;
- the creation of an account by the Users on the Site;
- confirmation and processing of the User's reservations in one of the establishments
of Experimental Group;
- processing the payment of the User's reservation in one of the establishments
of Experimental Group;
- sending a confirmation or a message before the User arrives in one of the
Experimental Group facilities;
- the realization of a satisfaction survey with the Users.
4.2 Processing carried out for the purpose of managing applications
The processing of the User's personal data by Experimental Group is necessary if the User
Accesses the application service at one of Experimental Group's locations. :

Experimental Group only retains data relating to requests for information made by
the User for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the last contact from the said
User.
The statistics of audience measurement are not kept for a period longer than thirteen (13)
month.
In the event of a dispute, all information, documents and materials containing the personal data of
the User to establish the litigious facts may be kept for the duration of the
procedure, including for a period longer than those indicated above.
Some data may be archived beyond the specified time periods for research, education, or other purposes.

7.2 Experimental Group Affiliates
Experimental Group shares certain personal data of Users with its subsidiaries, in strict accordance with the
purpose of :
(i) Manage reservations, privatization requests and group bookings in each
facility managed by a subsidiary ;
(ii) To manage job applications at each subsidiary operated facility.
In accordance with European and French legislation on the protection of personal data
(European Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data,
and the French Data Protection Act n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978), Experimental Group's subsidiaries process
the User's personal data.
7.3 Partners and third-party service providers
Experimental group may temporarily and securely transfer to third parties some of the information
personal data of the User when necessary with :
(i) partners with whom Experimental Group has contracted to provide operations and
Site maintenance operations (e.g., Influence Society);
(ii) partners with whom Experimental Group has contracted to enable the execution of the
contracts it has with Users (e.g. Synxis, Zenchef, OTAs);
(iii) partners with whom Experimental Group has contracted to enable the management of its
customer and prospect relations (e.g. advertising platforms, Sendethic, Influence
Society);
(iv) certain regulated professionals such as certified public accountants, auditors, etc.

Experimental Group has the right to make any changes to the Privacy Policy at any time
